Epicoop coopère au sein du dispositif « Entreprendre en Haut Béarn » pour le développement du territoire

A l’occasion de la signature de la convention « Entreprendre en Haut-Béarn » le lundi 22 octobre dernier, Epicoop prend toute sa place dans un dispositif qui favorise la création d’entreprises sur le territoire du Haut-Béarn et de la vallée d’Ossau. C’est une initiative de l’Agence France Entrepreneur mise en œuvre sur le territoire par les Communautés de Communes du Haut-Béarn et de la Vallée d’Ossau. Elle doit permettre de :
  • susciter l’envie d’entreprendre auprès des habitants,
  • clarifier, fluidifier et rendre lisible le parcours d’accompagnement du créateur et du repreneur d’entreprise,
  • mettre en place un accompagnement personnalisé en fonction des besoins et du projet du créateur,
  • proposer un parcours global sur le territoire comprenant notamment des actions de sensibilisation, un accès à la formation et un accompagnement à la création et au développement de l’entreprise.
Epicoop, membre du consortium d’acteurs locaux d’aide à la création d’entreprises, a participé à la construction de ce programme. Ce dernier vise à impulser une action coordonnée et mutualisée afin de créer un environnement entrepreneurial favorable.
Chez Epicoop, nous agissons comme une brique complémentaire dans le processus d’accompagnement à la création d’entreprises. Notre approche est différente par la structuration du parcours de la personne accompagnée : d’abord en couveuse pour tester la viabilité de son idée avant de devenir entrepreneur-salarié. L’idée est de permettre aux porteurs d’intégrer une entreprise collective, de venir y tester son projet et surtout d’y rester par la suite.
